1st Quarter Cycle Meeting of new Marketing Year 2022-23

At the meeting all respected members of upper management team were present including the sales team of DSAND. The meeting was conducted for two days. On day 1, the agenda of the meeting was to deliver the technical information to sales team. To make them more aware about our products and competitor’s. Also, to improve their product knowledge.

Our Managing Director Dr. Sandeep Gupta has given a brief introduction about Dr. Pradip Linge. Our Product Marketing Manager Dr. Ravikumar Meshram has given brief introduction about Dr. Sanjay Ganatra.

The corporate presentation was given by Dr. Ravikumar Meshram. After that, Dr. Pradip Linge has delivered the seminar on poultry industry scenario in INDIA and the potential of our products in Indian poultry industry. After that Dr. Ravi has started with his product technical session all day long about our products Proease, Growease, Bactozest and Superclausii WS.  Dr. Sanjay Ganatra has taken the quiz session for for all sales team to their knowledge and understanding about our products and it was very wonderful session. Also, top 3 sales team members were rewarded for their achievement in quiz session.

At the end of the day general feedback and queries were note down and resolved accordingly.

On day 2, Our National Sales Head Mr. N. K. Jain welcomed all members of team and presented his motivational seminar. He also continued with his all-India sales review presentation. After that, ZSMs wise and RSMs wise sales review presentation was started for rest of the day.

HR and Admin Manager Mr. Rahul Dwivedi also handled some queries raised by sales team accordingly. Accounts and payment related queries were handled by our accountant Mr. Ajay Vardhe.

At the end of the day, the feedback and queries for sales team were noted down and resolved accordingly. Vote of thanks speech was given by our National Sales Head Mr. NK Jain.
